- Grilled Pineapple -

What you need:

Fresh Pineapple

Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head

Cooking Time:  8 - 10 minutes

Cooking Temp:  350ºF

Wood:  Cherry or Maple

  • Cut top, bottom & outside skin off pineapple

  • Slice pineapple into 1/4 inch slices  

  • Sprinkle Dizzy Pig on to taste

  • Grill for 4-5 minutes

  • Flip & grill for 5 more minutes

- Honey Buttered Grilled Fruit -

What you need:

Fruit of your choice (we suggest peaches)

Honey

Melted butter

​

Cooking Time:  10 - 15 minutes

Cooking Temp:  250ºF

Wood: Apple or Cherry

  • Peel the fruit & cut in half.  Remove the pit

  • Brush the cut side with butter & place directly on hot grate

  • Brush back with honey, and repeat after 5 minutes

- Fruit Kabobs -

What you need:

Fruit of choice

Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head

Skewers

​

Cooking Time:  10 - 15 minutes

Cooking Temp:  300ºF

Wood:  Cherry or Maple

  • Skewer fruit

  • sprinkle with pineapple head

  • Cook to your desired doneness

- Country Cobbler -
What you need:
1 cup Self-Rising Flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 stick of butter
Frozen blueberries

Time: 1 - 2 hours
Temp: 250- 350ºF
Wood: Cherry or Maple
  • Melt butter & pour into baking pan
  • Pour blueberries into bottom of the pan
  • Combine flour, sugar & milk in a separate bowl to form batter
  • Pour batter over the top of the fruit
  • bake at 350 for 1 hour or 250 for 2 hours
  • Cobbler is done when the cake portion is golden brown
*Tip: When cooking over direct heat cut grilling time in half*

- Strawberry Shortcake -
What you need:
Pre-made Angel Food Cake
Strawberries
Frag Out Fatty Cake Rub
Whipped Cream
Mesh Grilling Mat
​
Time: 10 minutes
Temp: 300ºF
Wood: Cherry or Maple
  • Cut strawberry tops off and half them
  • Cut angel food cake into slices, dust with Fatty Cake
  • Place strawberries and angel food cake onto grilling mat and place on grill
  • Grill to preferred doneness
  • Pull off and top with whipped cream
